These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Rainbet Canada cryptocurrency casino platform and all related services. Abuse of promotional codes — including applying the same code across multiple accounts, using linked accounts, or manipulating the bonus system — will result in forfeiture of all funds, winnings, and bonuses tied to the violation. The maximum withdrawable amount from welcome keys is $50. For promotional and affiliate codes, the maximum amount that can be transferred to a normal balance after wagering requirements are met is $50; any amount above this is forfeited.

Deposit bonuses cannot be topped up with additional deposits — doing so voids eligibility and any pending bonus. By initiating self-exclusion, you agree not to create new accounts, deposit funds, or place wagers during the exclusion period. All posted results become final after 72 hours; corrections are only made within this window for human error, system error, or result source mistakes.

Disputes must be filed within 3 calendar days of the wager being settled. No claims are accepted after this deadline. If evidence of system manipulation or game abuse is found, a full investigation will be conducted — confirmed violations result in confiscation of all account funds and permanent closure of the account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rainbet Canada will not compensate you for any foreseeable or unforeseeable loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) unless it results from a breach of duties imposed by law. Rainbet Canada is not liable for failures caused by your own actions, third-party issues (including internet connectivity or device problems), or events beyond reasonable control. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the value of bets placed via your account for the relevant transaction or $500 CAD, whichever is lower.

You are advised to verify that your device and internet connection are compatible with the platform and to install up-to-date antivirus software. Rainbet Canada cannot be held liable for disruptions caused by Force Majeure events, including natural disasters, labour disputes, power outages, government actions, or telecommunications failures. You agree to indemnify Rainbet Canada for all costs, charges, and losses arising from fraud, dishonesty, criminal conduct, or any violation of these Terms.

Rainbet Canada and its licensor are the sole owners of all rights to the platform, technology, software, business systems, odds, trademarks, trade names, logos, and URLs. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property may result in legal action. You may not use automated or manual devices to monitor, copy, scrape, or reproduce any content on the platform. You are granted a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable license to access and use Rainbet Canada for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Modifying, publishing, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from platform content without express written permission is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. In case of discrepancies between language versions, the English version prevails. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rainbet Canada and supersede all prior communications. The Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the platform and survive account termination for any reason.

Rainbet Canada may assign its rights and obligations to third parties without your consent. You may not assign these Terms without prior written consent from Rainbet Canada. If any provision is deemed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions will continue in full force. No waiver of any provision of these Terms is effective unless made in writing by Rainbet Canada.
